Backed for life, returnable for 30 days. Read each policy carefully before purchasing.

Limited Lifetime Warranty. Major Kong Industries has a limited lifetime warranty on all products. All products and accessories not under federal or state restrictions are covered by a standard 30-day return policy. No returns are accepted without an approved RMA — email info@majorkongindustries.com first.

Return Policy

This policy exclusively pertains to purchases conducted via the Major Kong Industries webstore. The following terms and conditions apply.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Eligibility — Requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • Product Condition — Returned unused, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original packaging and materials intact.
  • Inventory Limitation — Exchanges are subject to current inventory; Major Kong Industries LLC reserves the right to limit exchanges based on stock.
  • Shipping Costs — Customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
  • Contact First — Before sending products in, contact info@majorkongindustries.com. Contact is an essential prerequisite for any warranty-related proceedings.
  • Return Authorization — Obtain an RMA number from Major Kong Industries LLC before returning any product.

Purchases From Dealers Or Distributors

For products purchased from authorized dealers or distributors, Major Kong Industries LLC explicitly disclaims liability and will not accept returns. Customers must adhere to the return policies of the dealer or distributor from whom the product was originally purchased.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window — Cancel an order for a full refund if the request is received prior to shipment.
  • Refund Processing — Approved cancellations are processed within 30 business days; time to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
  • How To Request — Email info@majorkongindustries.com with the order number and CANCEL ORDER as the subject line.
  • Confirmation — You will receive confirmation via email or other appropriate means.
  • Exceptions — Custom or personalized items may not be eligible and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
