Modern battery doors may not have the same fitment and look as legacy lights. This can be mitigated by using a legacy battery door, or simply the \"U\" key for the X-Series lights. Although this product was designed around SureFire\u003cspan\u003e X Series lights, other brands or models of lights such as the TLR-1 have been found to be compatible when using the 1913 rail key. It even works with the Harbor Freight Braun light if you're feeling silly. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNotes:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are reports of some legacy MR07 slide stops walking out under high round counts. This is not something we have seen first hand and we believe it to be overstated. Additionally, we have tweaked the geometry of the retaining clip groove to mitigate this. However, it is best practice to check slide stop positioning periodically. The mount is designed for a sturdy fit and features pads on contact surfaces, however, finish wear on the contact surfaces is possible.
